The manufacturing process of tungsten carbide begins with the mining of tungsten ore, followed by separation and processing to produce pure crystalline products. These products are then further processed through vacuum annealing and high-temperature reduction to produce pure tungsten powder. Various carbide powders, metal binders, pressing equipment, and other additives are used to form green compacts. The powder is then transformed into rough-shaped blanks through processes such as extrusion, powder injection molding, pressing, and isostatic pressing.

Afterwards, the compacted green compact is sintered into hard alloy billets, and the sintering process determines the actual performance of the resulting tungsten carbide grade. Subsequently, precision grinding is carried out on the surface using precision machine tools to achieve accurate dimensional control for the finished product, meeting all performance requirements.

Hard alloys can be used to make rock drilling tools, mining tools, drilling tools, measuring instruments, wear-resistant parts, metal molds, cylinder liners, precision bearings, nozzles, etc. The wear-resistant parts made of hard alloys include nozzles, guide rails, plungers, balls, and so on, with countless applications.
